Walk-In Docket

The Municipal Court offers a Walk-In Docket for individuals who have missed a court date, need to request more time to pay or a change of their court date, or need to discuss a case they have been sentenced on with a judge. This docket is held Monday through Friday at 8:15 AM on the 3rd floor of City Hall, Courtroom C.

To be scheduled for this docket, individuals must report to the Court Clerk's Office between 7:00 and 7:30 AM and ask the clerk to be placed on the Walk-In Docket. Defendants are scheduled for this docket on a first-come, first-served basis and the docket is limited to 20 individuals each day. It is advised that you arrive at the Clerk's Office as close to 7:00 AM as possible.

Attorney Information

Attorneys may enter their Supreme Court bar number and receive a listing of all pending cases they are entered on for Municipal Court cases for a specific time frame.
