Traffic changes are scheduled for East Kellogg beginning TODAY, Friday, December 16. Because of impending snow entering the Wichita area over the weekend, the decision was made to move the traffic openings up. The changes will occur as follows:
- Westbound traffic opened yesterday, Thursday, December 15.
- Eastbound traffic will open on today, after 3 p.m.
One of the primary goals for the East Kellogg construction project is to assure a smooth and safe transition for the traveling public as well as for construction workers. Opening of this portion of new highway will allow permanent turnarounds for both eastbound and westbound East Kellogg.
