Wichita Water Utilities officials are launching the Public Utilities Resources and Education (P.U.R.E.) Speakers Bureau and Web page. The Speakers Bureau is designed to help citizens understand how various divisions of the Water Utilities provide communitywide benefits.

• “The ASR Project,” the Wichita area’s water supply through 2050

• “Water is Life and Infrastructure Makes it Happen,” an overview of the Water Utilities department

• “What Are We Putting In Our Water,” the proper disposal of pharmaceutical and personal care products as well as other hazardous waste

• “Efficient Water Use,” a presentation featuring the WATER center and conservation efforts
