Surplus vehicles and equipment can be purchased during a City of Wichita “Internet Only Auction” currently underway at www.purplewave.com.
The on-line auction closes at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov.18. Featured items include automobiles, pickups, vans, dump trucks, flusher truck, wrecker truck, tractor loaders, mowers, air compressors, water pumps, generators, rod iron and chain link fence.
Public inspection of the items is available 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 and 15, at the lot north of 1801 S. McLean. All items are offered on an “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” basis without warranty or guarantee of any kind, either expressed or implied.
