The Department of Parks and Recreation is offering a basketball clinic from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26, at the Lynette Woodard Recreation Center. The center is located at 2750 E. 18th Street.
The clinic will focus on the basic fundamentals of basketball while stressing team work. Mentors and volunteers will assist with the program. There is a registration fee of $5. The clinic is for ages 6-12 years with a maximum of 100 participants. Free t-shirts will be given away. Lunch will be provided.
