A press release will be issued around 1 a.m. Thursday morning, Dec. 4, regarding the signing of a Statement of Intent for an EcoPartnership between the cities of Wichita and Wuxi, China. The signing will take place in Bejing and the news release will be electronically distributed upon confirmation of the signing.
Media outlets may obtain an advance copy of the news release and related information by agreeing to embargo the information until the release is formally distributed early tomorrow morning.
